CLASSES WE OFFER
Here at RDA we offer a variety of dance classes suitable for age 3+.
We provide a fun & professional environment for children to build confidence, develop performance skills & make memories.
STAGE DANCE
This is a fun class where pupils will learn choreography in various styles: Jazz, Lyrical, Commercial/Hip Hop & Pom. They will gain knowledge of basic Technique/Foundations of these styles. In this class we will work on confidence & performance skills while preparing for annual shows as well as events, fundraisers & video projects.
ACRO
This Class will follow the Acrobatic Arts Syllabus. Pupils will work on flexibility, balance & strength. They will learn the fundamentals of acrobatic technique allowing them to achieve skills such as handstands, elbow stands, cartwheels, back bends, walkovers, balances & tumble skills.
PRE-SCHOOL DANCE
This Class is suitable for children aged 3+. They will work on basic dance foundations, coordination, balance, flexibility & rhythm through a variety of styles - ballet, hip hop, jazz. This is a fun independent learning class (without parents) Allowing kids to socialise & build confidence. Dancers can then progress onto our Stage Dance Classes when they reach Primary school.
REVOLUTION ELITE TRAINING
Revolution Elite is for dancers aged 11+ that are passionate about dance and would like extra training. (Not suitable for beginners. Intermediate-Advanced dancers only)
This is an intense 4 hour session on the last Sunday of each month. Working on body conditioning, Jazz technique, Commercial/Hip Hop, Audition technique, Performance skills & more. Throughout the term Dancers will be trained by guest teachers that are highly trained teachers/performers in specific styles.
